Mittagong Aero Club Members are conscious of our neighbours. All visiting pilots are required to operate their aircraft in accordance with the FLY NEIGHBOURLY concept in mind

Advice to Pilots
Wind at 200' AGL can vary significantly to that indicated by the windsocks​
Pilots should be aware of the possibility of wind shear
Terrain begins to rise a short distance from the thresholds of both runways
Pilots need to be conscious of Density Height which can exceed 4500' even on moderately warm days and the surrounding terrain further impacts aircraft operations in these conditions
